INDEPENDENT AI & SOFTWARE CONSULTING

Clear thinking.Reliable software.

AI-enabled software, systems integration and Microsoft automation — grounded in hands-on engineering.

Gibzone is an independent IT consultancy with a focus on software architecture and applied AI. The practice brings together business applications, structured data and automation, with attention to how individual components fit into a complete, maintainable system.

Services

Areas of practice

Gibzone's services cover software architecture, systems integration and applied AI. Software engineering provides the foundation, while integration and automation connect applications, information and operational processes.

01 / AI SYSTEMS

AI systems
& agents

Design and development of applications that combine language models, AI agents and structured data. Services include agent workflows, document intelligence and integration with existing software.

The engineering emphasis is on explicit workflows, data-quality controls and human oversight. AI capabilities are treated as parts of a wider system, with defined responsibilities and clear boundaries around automated decisions.

02 / BUILD

Software architecture
& integration

Software architecture, development and systems integration for business applications and data platforms. This includes solutions built with .NET, SQL Server and Azure, and connections between otherwise separate systems.

Attention extends beyond individual features to component responsibilities, data flows and the behaviour of the system in operation. Existing applications and their constraints form part of the architectural context.

03 / AUTOMATE

Microsoft AI
& automation

Microsoft AI and automation solutions built with Power Platform and Copilot Studio. These tools complement conventional software development within the wider application and data environment.

The focus is on connecting workflows and information while keeping configuration, integration and operational responsibilities understandable. Automation follows the requirements of the process rather than being an end in itself.

About Gibzone

Company
background

Gibzone was founded in 1998. It is an independent IT consultancy led by Márton Ruskó, with a focus on software architecture, systems integration and applied AI.

The professional background behind the company spans decades of hands-on architecture and development, including complex business applications and the Microsoft technology stack. This experience supports the design and integration of language-model applications, agentic systems and enterprise automation.

The practice takes a hands-on approach, from architectural decisions and implementation through integration, deployment and operation. Technologies evolve; the underlying concerns remain familiar: clear structure, maintainable components, reliable data and an understanding of how a system behaves over time.

Approach

Engineering approach

Context before tools

Requirements, existing systems and operational constraints provide the starting point. Technology choices follow from that context, with attention to the connections between components and the responsibilities assigned to each one.

Explicit boundaries

Clear separation of concerns, reusable components and deterministic workflows are central to the approach. Where AI is involved, approval gates, data-quality checks and human oversight help define the boundary between automated processing and human judgement.

Attention to operation

Architecture also includes deployment, observability and ongoing operation. The aim is to keep systems understandable beyond the initial implementation, with behaviour that can be examined and components that can be maintained as requirements change.
